One of the most popular types of holidays for Canadian travel are luxury train adventures in Europe. Traveling by train is a great way to see Europe. There are many destinations to choose from and the adventure of traveling by train is unparallel with no other forms of travel.

Canadian train travel has long been popular for Canadians. Why not extend the excitement of traveling by rail with the enticement of seeing Europe? The Danube Express is a wonderful way to begin a Canadian train travel holiday. This 5-star luxury train has Deluxe Sleeping Cars, Restaurant Cars and Lounge Cars decorated in an old-world charm. The Danube Express departs from Budapest’s Nyugati Station and takes travelers on a route that includes Hungary, Austria, Poland, Turkey and other countries. In Hungary visitors will get the chance to see the Castle District which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Royal Palace, Mathias Church and Fisherman’s Bastion as well as beautiful views of the mountains and the Great Plains. In Poland visitors will see the Gothic Castle of the Teutonic Knights, the medieval city of Gdansk and the Tatra Mountains.
